Membership Application
Back Woods Hunt Club is a growing organization that continually seeks additional land to lease. If you are a professional, responsible sportsman looking to be part of a prime Quality Deer Management (QDM) hunting club, please submit a membership application below. Prospective members should review and agree to all club rules prior to applying.
Club dues for the 2026 hunting season are $1,600.00, payable in two installments:
If membership is awarded after March 15, full payment is due at the time of acceptance. Membership renewals will then follow the regular payment schedule in subsequent years. All dues are non-refundable.
We offer a 10% membership discount for full-time college students and senior citizens. This discount will be applied after proof of eligibility is received. (Some restrictions apply.)
By submitting this written or verbal membership application, or by accepting permission to enter leased lands as a guest, I knowingly and willfully agree to the following:
Certain properties leased or owned by Back Woods Hunt Club and the Lessor consist largely of mountainous, woodland, or farm terrain. Some of these properties contain rugged or hazardous conditions that may pose a risk of bodily injury or death.
In consideration of the right to enter the leased premises, I hereby release, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Back Woods Hunt Club, the Lessor, and their respective heirs, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to any accident, incident, or occurrence associated with the use of the leased premises and any improvements thereon. This includes claims resulting from the negligence or gross negligence of Back Woods Hunt Club or the Lessor.
This release shall apply for the entire duration that I am permitted to be on the leased premises. I further covenant and agree that I, along with my heirs, successors, and assigns, will not assert any claim or institute any legal action, whether at law or in equity, against Back Woods Hunt Club or the Lessor, or their respective heirs, agents, employees, representatives, successors, or assigns, arising from the condition of the leased premises or activities conducted thereon.
